Hello my beloved readership and happy Easter,

Easter usually is red in our culture but as I refuse red on my fingers I have chosen my Easter-nails to shine in gold which is a good statement in bad times.

In a world where numbers dictate your value know your USP.

It may be important to look around and keep an eye on your competition but personally as blogger (and if you want to add the term, influencer) I am not much interested in them. Also It may be important to keep your numbers high in a business because in the end they measure your success but let us be honest, nowadays the possibilities to “buy your followers” is unlimited and easily accessible if you invest some money. Let us talk about these kind of numbers! That not enough meanwhile fashion-influencers have turned to mommas who are using their children (or their diseases) to appeal a large number of people. No surprise, I would say, Millennials are founding families anyway and fashion gets less affordable. You know another word for the success of so called mom-influencers? Emotionalizing (I have written about it here).

Apart from not being someone who gives up just because it gets hard I would never expose myself or my family like this. But why should I? I have not even turned to the barbie who is living a life in basic clothes and a baby-pink room when everyone just followed these kind of influencers. So before someone would reject me because my numbers would not work for them my only reply would be: they have to know it. I have my style, my uniqueness (or unique selling proposition and my qualities that lift me up from others and make me recognizable always. And this is something that counts for you too, by the way. Do not let one single trait, may it be a curriculum, grade, whatever define your value when you are a badass. You are more than what is written anywhere and if people resist to realize it move on. Someone bigger and better is yet to discover you.
