Autumn-Trend Auntiecore: Us ENFJs

Hello my dear readership,

this autumn-trend is called auntiecore symbolizing the fancy aunt who wears vintage bags, timeless classics and has no fear to play with fashion. See it here.

A good sense of humor requires the ability to also laugh about yourself. That is something I basically do, especially when I am dropped memes about myself, my life or my personality-type. Also I love being sarcastic. However, I also want to note that humor requires a certain degree of tastefulness and the right amount in order to be understood as humor. Nonetheless I have noticed something increasingly: ENFJs, the so called Protagonists are portrayed as emotional burden as well as complete Samaritan within their social circle in a very unhealthy and exaggerated way. More precisely they would be throwing their emotional pain all around as well as going this far to hurt themselves just to help others just to get their appreciation and social belonging which they would be doggedly longing for. If you ask me this portrays a pretty unhealthy version of a very stereotypical ENFJ.

Yes, it is true, us ENFJs have something like a “hero-/-heroine-syndrome” (whereas I feel of this expression to be rather derogatory, we like to help people because we believe in people and their potential when they probably do not). Also it is true that we would not mind some signs of appreciation. Otherwise, who would not anyway? However it is not like we would make a lot of drama if it did not occur at all, we would probably move on at some point. Talking about some points, might be that with an extroverted feeling as dominant trait we do communicate our feelings but think why we would do this. Not to make others feel bad. Us ENFJs, we believe in the power of a communication at eye level based on mutuality. We are diplomats and believe in diplomatic talk and problem-solving with this. The intention is not to make a claim for something but as we are deeply connected to our feelings and also receive the the feelings of others in a very strong way we are able to express them at this equal level. It might be that this may overtax the one or other but we since we do not intend to make this the problem of others we also do not want others to create a problematic trait of this.

So yes, us ENFJs we have certain ways, it sounds like there is an excuse for everything we do and that we are kind of higher beings but no, this is not the intention of the clear-up. Also we have our mistakes but it is necessary to raise another point-of-view.

Auntiecore: The Extravagant Aunt, Vintage Bags & Timeless Classics

The Auntiecore-trend describes a style that is supposed to remind us of the extravagant aunt as if she would be out of the central casting. She has probably time to make-up and money to afford a fancy high fashion. Therefore it is no surprise that the accessory of the season, vintage bags, are a perfect addition to this look. Basically the Auntiecore-style gathers a lot of timeless classics such as the leo-print or single high-fashion-items that lift up a cozy yet elegant style. The extravagant aunt (as persona, which is why I will go without examining the background why it is the aunt and not any other family-member) is another good example that everything is allowed this season and that more cannot be enough. Autumn 2022 is powerful, in the mood for a good-mood and setting statements as you saw here. On top and yet it is nostalgic putting value on treasures that could last over generations.
