Reading so much about self-love one could things that it is the easiest and most natural thing in the world. Spoiler-alert, hating you and blaming yourself and feeling completely lost is much easier… at least for me it has always been. But there is a reason why you keep reading so much about self-love. It is important for your well-being and personal health to love and value yourself. If you will not love yourself no one will. It is something you are expressing to your outer surrounding: living instead of just existing. But when you keep looking at photos or in the mirror and all you see is shame, a loser and someone to laugh or be ashamed about you are never going to reach the point of loving yourself.

Sometimes you have to go and look to people you admire, people that express this certain kind of contagious sunshine or simple times in which things have simply been better – not because things were necessarily better but because you liked yourself better, you experienced something or you felt that fresh kind of new gained energy to start through. A picture that makes you just take aim for. That is how I feel about my new haircut. I wanted to cut it for a longer time but hairdressers are pricy and sometimes you are rather waiting for an occasion. But with time passing you realize that you are as destroyed as the ends of hair from all the heat and burden thus all the care you do on the surface.

There comes a time where you do need and radical change and cut out all the demons for good things to finally take place.

Spring Favorite: Stripes

While cutting your hair is the first step for you to bloom flowers are already starting to blossom while the snow is still fighting to take over. Start through and make a statement with your clothes. A warm heart can as well be a colorful, bright and energized flower. Spring is a the time to fall in love again. And maybe the kickstart after a downfall and long period of sickness with a new mew, which I introduced you already here is exactly what I (and you probably too) need to let the sun shine bright again. While you allowed yourself feelings of romance again face it with some spice and cheekiness in stripes in the next step. Bold and consequent in black and white with a touch of red lips as cherry on top.
