Season Cardigan: Limits Of Extroversion

Hello my beloved readership,

save the next designer for your fashionable spring collection: the cardigan à la Prada is another season must-have. See what it is about here.

Inside out I am a declared extrovert – there might probably be no doubts about that, despite (note!) my introverted traits due to my enneagram. Last year I struggled a lot with the supremacy of the introverted which I discussed here. At least this was how I felt about it until I realized the value of extroversion which made me feel confident about myself again. Also this was something I discussed here. But I do look around, I get to hear a lot and I do have my thoughts on things and one thing I discovered was the limits of extroversion. They cannot stay alone for a lot of time and they measure their personal value, you could say “status”, way too much on how others would regard them. The latter of confirmation by others often even reaches family-members who get suppressed by this short-minded trait. The lack of self-confidence in means of dependence on others especially among extroverted observers shows signs of weaknesses or at least portrays the limits of extroversion.

Many extroverts seem to be out of control about themselves so much that they affect their fellow people with that. This goes even so far that they lose the view for what actually matters. This is a point where introverted people actually stand out as ideals prioritizing their very inner circle such as family over further relatives and friends. You do not need to look around further when you know you have it all. Another unhealthy trait of extroverts refers to them wanting to fully control the people around them dictating them exactly how to be with nothing else being an option – live and let live. With a slight majority (50.7%) of identified world citizens being introverts I have pointed out limits of extroversion trying to take these handicaps and turn them into a power. Key aspects I discovered are liberty of being, independence and healthiness in means of being in control about your characteristic traits. If you are in control you own a healthy sovereignty for yourself so that even if you would not get the confirmation you expect you would not bother. This is a long and hard progess which would however pay off for good.

Trend: Cardigan à la Prada

If you still feel like cuddling yourself up in spring or just have an easier-to-care alternative for a blazer you cannot go wrong with a cardigan à la Prada. That does not mean that you would now need to walk to the next possible Prada-boutique close by and get your cardigan by the Italian brand. As much as you would love to own your long-term designer-treasure you can look trendy with a cardigan by another more affordable brand leaning on the Prada-style. To be honest, I must admit that meanwhile I also prefer saving my money for the actual designer-items rather than imitating but as there are significant dimensions in the prizes and you cannot go shop for every trend immediately with the high number of trends there are it is definitely more sustainable to pick alternatives. The cardigan à la Prada identifies by its blazerlike cut as well as furthermore the sophisticated buttons. Personally I did buy a new cardigan to show this trend and put the focus on buttons which remind me of my wedding-earrings here or rather the earrings my husband bought for me when we shopped my wedding-bag (see them in the photos below).
