Skirt Of The Season #1: Jeans-skirt – How To Deal With Sicknesses

Hello my beloved readership,

spring and summer are the times to grab our skirts from their hibernation to new life. Check out the the skirt of the season #1, the jeans-skirt, here.

Vitamin C with citrus fruits? Yes! One apple a day to keep the doctor away? Yes! Ginger-shot to strengthen the immune-system? Yes! Making sure to get enough sleep for more stability of health? Definitely! Sports to keep your fitness going? Necessarily! A healthy and balanced diet? Mandatory.

You see there are a lot of things to support your immune-system. But remember how I finished my article about what makes me sick “Okay, I have to be economical with my energy.” and what I told you in general what makes you sick: Your soul. The more you are stressed about things the rather you tend to become sick. A major indicator that might affect this are your social interactions. Especially for extroverted people I noticed with myself that you can receive positive energy which is like water for a thirsty flower but as well negative energy or an energy overload if too much is going on at once. In any way mental health plays an important role for our health-infrastructure for a good reason. I understand that no one is asking for stress and misery that seems to be haunting us at times and that it is easier said than done to reduce and minimize stress while outer influences take place beyond your control.

One thing you need to know is that without health nothing is going on. In the first place it is your body that is signalizing your stubborn mind that you need a break. Also a workaholic like me needed to learn to just ignore a to-do-list and that even quality time for yourself is not half as important as your health so that you just have to simply stumble into your bed and get a rest as much as you need to.
Also I have learned to take control of some things such as my social interactions and just take a step back and sink into myself and my personal world to regain my positive energy. I did research on how to reduce or minimize stress and jumped deeper into the meaning of active breaks. So I realized that spending time for myself in the nature with my phone switched off can be pretty healing. I discovered the value of being in my own company for myself a little while until I have to be mom and Wonder Woman and saves the world and on the whole not making myself or my well-being dependent on people. What does not mean that I would not dedicate myself to my people and their matters.
On the whole stepping back in general is often a helpful way to keep your mind healthy and recover from stress before returning to the battlefield. This is the first way to solve the problems that are supporting your critical state of being because basically there would not be anything that you could not solve. There is always a way to solve anything and it starts with you.

But after so many sicknesses that did not want to seem to stop I also took example of my fellows and simply continue my business as usual and kill away my diseases with the necessary medicine. Since I am a goddamn mom I cannot give up easily like a crybaby but have to keep going like others taught me to and I will.

Trend: Jeans-skirt

Where there are pretty dresses fancy skirts are not far off. But unlike dresses it is skirts that are ruling the warm season this year. The jeans-skirt makes the debut with that. My personal favorite this year is the maxi skirt with a slit in the middle. It fits to my new gained courage to present myself sexy as I am and deserve to feel after the tough, cold season that taught me self-determination starting from here. Also this dress reminds me of the typical Britney-style who was an icon in times when I was younger and things had more of spice and a character rather than being boring and monotone. A timeless classic.

Trend: Cable Stitch

Cable stitch belongs to the favorites of the season rather than being a trend to highlight alone. But how do you wear cable stitch when it is hot like midsummer already on or around Easter? For the last few couple of years news have reported that the heat for the Easter weekends is going to reach record-temperature and hoping that it would become cold again is rather for nothing. Luckily there are summer knit pieces such as this lovely knit t-shirt with with pearls in addition to the cable stitch. However if you ask me, in Germany you always need knit with you wherever you go. Once it gets hot like it does during pre-summer already some of the shops are turning their air-condition up to frosty temperatures. This is supporting summer-flues especially when you enter them all sweated from the outside. Also I can tell you that some summer nights can become quite cold here so that a nice knit can be accurate for an evening party outside.
