Hello my beloved readership,

if I thought that I would be happy that summer is over my November-nails that are made to symbolize fortune prove me differently. Check out the nail art here.

It is one thing if you do not get along with someone or if you cannot stand someone for whatever reason (I know, you see me writing this pretty often lately and trust me, I wished I did not need to do so) but it is another thing if you make it become ugly by either ghosting someone, which is the new slang to describe the phenomenon once you cut all ways of contact and literally appear like a “ghost” to someone, or spread ugly rumors and turn a whole for instance company against someone. People on LinkedIn nowadays enjoy to hold their world-moving big speeches therefore this is just one example for any group of people. It is also not nice to block or decline any chance of a clearing talk (as if this would make anything better but hey…!). Is this your understanding of self-respect and honor? Lying, manipulating, pushing the problem away or avoiding it completely? Apart from this being far from a solution you cannot continue like this forever.

One day your behavior is going to be your punch in your face. If you reached your point that you cannot handle the togetherness with certain a person because of the way they are and if you are not that kind of person to allow a clearing talk you should at least separate the way to have a pure conscience left. Separating is never nice or easy for none of the concerned parties – talk about all the circumstances it brings with them but anyway, you get what you want, rid of that person so what more for are you putting more fuel to the flames. Do you not think a separation would be easier if it takes place peacefully rather than in a war of the roses? Even if your motivation to separate from someone may be very personal you do not need to make it become everyone else’s problem too when there was not one. Personally, I consider this dirty behavior a very weak move speaking for the person that is spreading the poison when the war is long over. Separate with honor, everything else is inappropriate!
