Hello my dear readership,
for those who like it elegant here comes the counterpart to the bomber-jacket: the robe-coat. An it-piece that gives us the ultimate Princess Catherine vibe.
“You are so emotional” or at other times “she does things emotionally, does she not?”
I cannot help myself but every time this expression “emotional” is dropped I feel like some kind of weakness of mine is pointed out.
Do not get me wrong, I mean, personally when I learn that someone is emotionally driven, especially in what they do it fascinates me a lot! Because I find out about the deepness of this person and how they are connected to their feelings. However when others use the word emotional connected with me I feel like they are pointing out a weakness. That you could not stand tough situations and survive in this world because you are too soft and fragile, you could not judge things objectively, you let things get too much to your heart. I, myself, discussed the weakness of feelers here who are emotionally driven. There are also enough thinkers who keep their feelings to themselves because of hurtful events from the past. Also personalities who are generally feeling turn thinking to build up a shield around them. But getting back to the question is being emotional really a sign of weakness?
Statistically viewed among the top three most common personalities types with a stronger feeling trait make the majority (ISFJ and ESFJ). Whether they are as well as popular as they are common this cannot be told. Could this fact be an indicator to approach the answer to the question how being emotional should be regarded as weakness or as benefit? Perhaps. In the end a personal opinion as we saw will remain a matter the personal point of view. After all I also do hear a lot of people say that they are missing the F (for feeling-trait) in some of their fellows. So maybe I should not regard being emotional as a handicap but rather the appreciation that I do what I do passionately and with a lot of dedication which speaks for me that these things I do are important to me. Teachers and mentors do value this. Because you would be going to do things properly.
“A coat is THE it-piece to survive the season.”
Trend: Robe-Coat
An autumn without coats? Unimaginable! A coat is THE it-piece to survive the season. It keeps you warm, at the same time it does not lay on thick so that it can wonderfully be combined with pullovers or any other kind of knit-wear which you could not go without in autumn. I also prefer these kind of jackets for their tailored cut. That makes it my first and only choice when I know I want to go shopping and will not take off my jacket. With other kinds of autumn-/winter-jackets I always hate that you an hardly move freely when walking through the shop-shelves without dropping something by accident. The robe-coats I love moreover because of their length. You can wear leggings or tights and look like a royal. Princess Catherine of Wales is a good famous example for that.
Trend: Sunglasses +1
Also the headgear contains a mathematical formula like some spring trends among others this one here did. The formula is “sunglasses +1” whereas “+1” is supposed to mean that you should add a beanie to your sunglasses which are going to play an important role in the upcoming winter season and therefore stand as main attraction. Basically this combination is already established in Hollywood, where mostly sunglasses serve as protectors towards paparazzi in addition to a hat, beanie, hoodie, whatever for celebrities to stay unrecognized on the streets. So you could say that such a style would give you this necessary good feeling of feeling fame and fabulous about yourself. Another area where this style is popular to be used is the skiing holiday where you have a lot of cold snow and in the best case a lot of sun to protect your eyes with big sunglasses. Just imagine the wonderful fireplace, well smelling hot chocolate and cozy inside area with your better half…
