Masculine Tailoring: Superior

Hello my dear readership,

summer is not over with the beginning of September but it drops what is literally en Vogue in autumn: masculine tailoring which is everything but superior. Read more about it here.

NB! Class only looks like arrogance from below.

NB! Self-confidence only looks like superiority from insecurity.

It is no surprise meanwhile that the biggest damage the Covid-19 pandemic has caused is not lost lives, inflation, an economical crisis but the splitting of society and systematic exclusion covered in the “goal to fight the virus”. The politics in this case perfectly showed their well-behaved brainwashed subordinates how to do it: fines, exposing and other punishments. Sure, child abusers and comparable criminals are nothing against these serious offenders. As if we would not know what happens to people who have a different point of view on all topics concerning the virus. But I am not here today to discuss the rules. My finger is pointed on the society as it always is. So if so far caution was asked for when expressing your honest opinion in public the society was with Covid split so heavily that even friendships break apart in the most hurtful and ugliest way. Things come to the surface about which you might have thought you would have been over them. I do not want to insult our friendly race but people start to act like animals and tear each other apart. A guerilla war would even be friendlier than an outing about vaccination or the sickness.

A result of the above described phenomenon was that I apparently turn out to be superior with my opinions. Do you want me to tell you something about superior? Well first of all, thank you! And secondly it is not my fault if you feel threatened by my opinion and secondly put such big value on it. If you call it an opinion it is nothing more than that in the end: a subjective point of view. Even though, well, yes I can explain my opinion plausibly enough to make it seem like a commonly valid rule but I do not set my goals this high for minor stuff. I have my opinions you have yours, just like you find me superior. But once this expression was dropped in my context let us talk about why I may seem superior. In the first place you should know – simply know, understanding it would be too much asked – about the way that brought me this far to become a pure fighting spirit. Then you should widen your view and know about my situation and relationships to last but not least see that in fact I am fighting for something which in the end does not even be something I would necessarily profit from. If I seem superior to you it is something I am not to adapt onto but you should work on. I conjecture that perhaps you are a little bit too insecure no matter if you are in a save situation within a family and a job or absolutely hardly reached anything and are yet to be. Voices come from everywhere. I mean I can adapt but I know that I should not because other than a simple mainstream view I constantly have something to fight for which keeps me going. May be less comfortable but more worth it.

A Trend Inspired by the Olsen-Twins

No one less than the mistresses of minimalism have dropped this trend for late summer. The founders of the fashion label “The Row” Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen. Lately you have stumbled over their last name pretty often on this blog when it concerned their little sister Elizabeth “Lizzie” Olsen for example here when I talked about my hairstyle. But did you know that Elizabeth’s source of fashion inspiration are her elder sisters? For me it would be no different when I was as lucky as her. But at least thanks to their designs the Olsen-Twins present on the catwalks which later on make it to the hot list of the giant among all fashion magazines, the VOGUE, we can get the inspiration. Even though black is the Olsen-Twins’ first color of choice I have interpreted it for summer in a more sophisticated and friendly color, leaning on the Duchess Catherine and because blue is the new beige I have swapped the colors and made the actual beige the protagonist and blue the background player. With the masculine tailoring with a feminine waist I still caught the minimalist style the designer-duo is celebrated for. But personally I celebrate all the three Olsen-sisters that they do not give in to public pressure and stand true to themselves inside out. So of course I celebrate and highly respect their discretion in exquisite fashion taste as well.
