Hello my beloved readership,
a summer without navy? Who then would lead us through this season full of heat? …or rather keep us together. This year the trend focuses on navy tops. Read more here.
When you think that winter is a turbulent season with Christmas time, New Year’s Eve, the struggle between sticking in the old year or rather entering the new year with all better something new is bringing then let me show you what summer is about: birthdays, vacation, weddings, that not enough, the end of a school-year, graduation, enrollment, applying for professional training, starting it, other exams and that not enough the constant feeling of being forced to go spend quality time outside while actually you need to write your papers. I did not take notes to prepare before writing this article but this just felt like a heavy storm on a ship. Probably now we get to understand why the navy trend is so essential in the hot season. A good captain can lead from one starting point to a certain destination as successfully as a good dressed woman in a trendy navy style can make it through this crazy season full of action with the group she feels responsible for (I choose this expression because women always carry the feeling of dedication with them but as some kind of force as if this is a part of them they cannot let go even though the leading roles such as that of a captain is mostly given to men by society but a good captain is nothing without an even better administrator or organizer which is mostly the role entrusted to women).
However another important role of a captain is to not only make it from A to B but furthermore to keep it all together even in the hardest times when no one else is able to do it and everyone around becomes enemies so that the ship does not go under or break apart. With their common sense, farsightedness, wide perspective the good leaders (who do not even need to be entitled to leading-men or -women) gather values such as experience, compassion, comprehension, support and many more. With these qualifications they can sooner or later get their fellows going and make them change their point-of-view for good so that more peace and solidarity gets created. This role of the glue that keeps everyone together when no one else is able to can be practiced by men as well as women who are not only able to see what is going wrong from a distant outer view but also summon the power to confront the people concerned with is and help them. A role that is very rare nowadays in between a group as people either are not farsighted enough, self-centered or simply not ambitious enough to act because they do not care enough or are overwhelmed enough with their personal struggles.
Basically I see this role in women as I stated for the passed Women’s Day, read it again here. But some men have proved that their gender is worthy for this role of the glue, too. In the end it does not matter. What matters is that every group is in the need of a glue always.

Navy Tops – Stripes Always
I do not know what about you but generally when I think of navy-styles I am thinking of a strong red, white and the correspondingly named shade navy blue, of course with golden details. But the navy interpretations of the passed years have taught us that a successful navy-style can take on more creative shapes than the average known composition. For what concerns the unique position feature or rather the recognition factor more important than the colors are the pattern that scream for the navy-style, these are stripes. This was also the case when fashion magazines talked about navy tops as trend items. Decisive were the stripes. Everything else can be built-up around them with a few differences.
This time I have chosen a different discreet navy-style which strongly leans on a military style. However this does not matter as the navy is also kind of a military. With a prominent blue the connection to the sea is given.
