With a focus defined and a path followed. And all of a sudden your desperation turns into a satisfying conviction. Of course humanity knows that also every one of us is lost in charge and that life is made of different phases. So the hard-working period will be gone one day and your hard work pay off. And also this hard-working time provides little breaks in between.

Hard work is a personal choice, no one forces us to do so – some people are already satisfied with just a middle-rank – but hard work and enormous effort and engagement is visible and always rewarded a little bit more than just an average performance.

Hard work serves a higher purpose whereas success just forms the ground for that. There is more connected to success for you to create the most possible perfect life you can for you – and if you have children – for your family.
