Hello my beloved readership,
meet number three of spring‘s favourite dresses: the smocked dress. Similar to volantes yet different with a never ending story to tell.
I do not want to say any names (because I have said that name clearly enough in this short amount of time) but some people want and want and want and want on and on. They never have enough, they want the full service, without taking the other side into consideration, lend them your small finger and they will grab and pull for your whole arm without giving something in return – or portraying their small actions as heroic acts – and do you not dare to pull a line and set borders, then be sure that worse than any in his/her ego hurt ex this person is going to ruin your reputation until it gets (back) what it wants. I cannot stand such people to death and I cannot get how some people simply let this be done with them or even justify such a behavior! No matter who that is…
It is okay to encourage people that they can achieve and have everything they wish for but some people – even if they are already two generations too late to be taught something (I think it is slowly getting clear who is meant) – need to learn that the world is not only turning around them and that crocodile’s tears do not work with everyone. If you keep wanting something it would be the least to give something at least as equally in return and if you want something in the long term then you will need to pay some degree of respect towards the person you want something from! For what concerns me, I am truly and completely fed up, actively as well as passively (when I just witness as third person), of people wanting and wanting and wanting and never be fed up but becoming more ruthless each time you feed them and fuelling just more once you (just) ask for a no in the most modest way.

Smocked Dresses Like Wanting, Wanting, Wanting
Wanting, wanting, wanting and wanting – we could make something beautiful from this and simply sew a beautiful, trendy dress. What about smocked dress? If you, like me, wondered what smocked dresses are thus seeing them on photos, let me explain: smocked dresses are almost like volantes but yet not quite. Other than volantes that are more of layers overlapping partly smocked dresses include ruffles and pretty much keep their line with many, many, many and many. Perhaps you will remember the years around 2004/2005 when these cuts more likely on skirts celebrated their first hype (since I was born).
