The Disco-Dress: Life Is A Party

Hello my beloved readership,

welcoming summer we are in love with the disco dress. In my first of three posts about life being a party, game, fairy tale I will explain the party aspect.

Life is a party; a day without music is a day lost, we cannot go without good company, in all our conscious eating we are looking forward to a so called “cheat day” (a day on which you allow yourself to eat whatever you wish to without paying much attention on calories) once a week or once a month and do not forget how great you feel once you get dressed up. Depending on the kind of party we could as well be lucky about receiving some gifts.

Even if our survival let go our everyday life filled with duties and some other resources would not allow us to throw a party every day that party can take place in your head. What is one of the greatest things when having a party? You get to see your dear ones whom you cannot meet and spend quality time with every day even if you would love to do so – remembering the childhood with a neighborhood full of friends around a playground and nothing kept you from going out to spend time with them. How do you brighten up your mood better than with alcohol or a very close and intimate come-together with a significant other? With music in full voice through your headphones right into your head according to the saying: “music on, world off.”
I already reached the catchy aspect but let me mention one more irreplaceable thing before getting to it: conscious eating is a virtue but cheating once in a while is worth every kind of sin and for food at a party or not needing to cook once in a while we are ready to go without eating all over the day just because we are looking forward to that.

In all those three aspects one thing mattered most: the head, your mind and your attitude, that party is taking place in your head, daily. The sun is up the holiday season is opening up as well as our fancy wardrobe. The sun is already taking care of us maintaining a happy mood but in order not to explode in an overdose of it let us let it out at a party every day. And until the actual party starts let us party in our head and maintain the mood.

“[…] whenever you call (…) I will be there.”

You Say Disco, I Say Party

“You say disco, I say party”, means whenever you call (or ring) I will be there. Once we even as singles are in the flow we just need our people to join and follow us. It is nearly like opening the dance floor for the first time, it may be hard all alone at first but step by step more and more people will join you it just costs a little bit of overcoming (especially at a party with strangers). Probably in everyday life there is not so much to overcome but… no, wait! There is. It is overcoming to take your time for your dear ones wherever, whenever they call whatever it may be for because once you may be in this situation with the desire to be caught when stumbling or falling and if you keep yourself with a barrier you will be left than a photo-shooting (this part is more like an insider which you can interpret – because I would look forward to your ideas – or wait for me to resolve it.)
