Hello my dearest readership,
at the end of the season I am showing how fashionistas are celebrating spring: in navy blue and soft rose. But no need for sadness: every door closed is a promising new beginning.
I do not remember when and how I have started to become this emotional when it comes to goodbyes. While when as kid I could not get home early enough, to my comfort zone, my bed or my games – because if there was something I could do more than well it was to occupy myself on my own – with the years passing and the stages of life becoming more meaningful, bigger and more separated from each other goodbyes even if they did not necessarily mean farewell became more emotional to me for the moment of saying goodbye, no matter how tough the time or the people were goodbyes are always hard. Regardless of almost immediately afterwards I learned that none of the goodbyes – apart from those, of course, that were intended in the end – were farewells as you met and stayed in touch and even the old places remained the same the goodbyes were hurtful even those you wanted. I know people consider it melancholy.
“Take your goodbye from me with music.”
– Fall4Me
There is something else I remember from my childhood which has left its mark on me. Words from my mother: Take your goodbye from me with music. As I grew up I had taken these words as metaphor. A goodbye should always be celebrated because if you take your goodbye of something or somebody with music you have no time to focus on the separation, the goodbye itself and get melancholy but remember to take everything good with you. Now that I think of it I even believe that there is a legit reason to celebrate the end of something following this logic.
Celebrating Spring Dressed Up Because Every End Is A New Beginning
Dress up is the dress-code for spring parties. Everyone of us has his or rather her own individual style in everyday-life but dressing up is a true art for itself as it is a challenge on its own since the sophisticated dressed up style is not everyone’s thing. The bigger is the surprise when we see each one’s interpretation of dress up.
The spring-celebration-colors of soft rose with navy blue (in lace) is a tender way of wiping the tears of melancholy away at the end of the season. They remind us of the rain that weakened the rough snow yet of the flowers that blossomed out again and show us the positive pole in all sadness: that every end of each something is a new beginning of something at least as promising…
