Hello my beloved readership,
after a long break due to a special event I am finally back and with myself I bring back a huge schedule of articles that are going to follow, among others the reason for my long delay. But today I want to celebrate my return with a popular summer trend: yellow. To be more precize yellow on denim. Because we all need the touch of sun in rough times.
There could probably not be anything worse: you are looking forward to an exceptional event and enjoy the time around that event at its highest and then it hits you like a lightning: bad news, that run you off the course. They were unexpected, they are a catastrophe and they might affect a huge stage of your life.
“The best solution for something you have no control over is (…) to honestly think of what is the worst thing that those news (…) can do to you.”
– Fall4Me
At first I bet – even if I do not wish it for anybody – you will feel lost and helpless but the best solution for something you have no control over is as first emergency to honestly think of what is the worst thing that those news along with its content can do to you. Like this you can as well shade the importance of this topic and probably see the sun through all the clouds.
Life is not always going round – Hamburg summer is the real prove that summertime is not continuous sunshine and blue sky – but the more you can celebrate the sunny days in between because if the sun comes out it stays and it touches you heavily. So much that you might even wonder if you even deserve it.
This is what the summer trend of yellow on clear blue denim is about: on the one hand you are wearing the sunny days on yourself and on the other hand the heavy material of jeans in comparison to the soft yellow accents of cotton or silk symbolize the positive touch of sun in heavy times.
